By selecting VIP services, your travel to and from the Villa will be streamlined and painless. No need to worry about collecting your luggage, standing in long customs lines, or getting lost on the way to the Villa. Instead, the VIP team will take care of all the finicky travel details so you can sit back and relax.
Arriving on a commercial of private flight
VIP services can be booked whether you choose to fly commercially or private. Before you depart, you will have to fill out a form with information about your flight plan and the description of your luggage. The VIP services team will review this information carefully to ensure every detail is taken care of.
When you arrive in Barbados and step off the plane, a VIP agent will be waiting for you. They’ll have a poster with your name on it so there will be no confusion! They will drive you from the plane to the Jet Center, where you will briefly meet with a customs agent before officially entering Barbados.
Then you can enjoy refreshments and snacks in the lounge while the VIP agent collects your luggage. You’ll be able to help yourself to a selection of chocolates, chips, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and more.
The VIP agent will then bring your luggage to the Jet Center where it will be x-rayed by a customs official. It’s that easy! A quick and painless airport experience. You won’t have to wait in any long lines, and you’ll be able to be at the Villa much sooner.
Your chauffeur will drive you and your luggage to the Villa. The car ride will take approximately 30 minutes, and then your vacation will have officially begun!
Departing on a commercial or private flight:
When your vacation at Casablanca is over, VIP services will still be in effect. A driver will pick you up from the Villa and take you to the Jet Center at the Grantley Adams International Airport.
Once there, an airline agent will check your luggage at your airline counter and ensure it is put on your plane. You will also go through the security measures in this private environment.
While you wait to board your plane, you can relax in the lounge and enjoy refreshments and a small lunch. You can enjoy the privacy of the space away from the loud airport and the many airport lines. There is a TV and alcoholic beverages are available as well.
A few minutes before your plane begins boarding, you will be driven to the plane. The agent will have your tickets read at the counter and then you will be ready to board! Easy, painless, and private.
